INGREDIENTS

50ml Mother Root Ginger

150ml yellow tomato juice

3 dashes worcestershire sauce

1 pinch flaky salt

Hot sauce to taste (15ml Manzanilla sherry for low ABV).

HOW TO MAKE IT

Build in a highball glass with cubed ice. 

Garnish with a lemon wedge and a golden tomato.
