Delicate and lightly sweet.

25ml Mother Root Ginger

25ml pear juice

5 mint leaves

50ml non-alcoholic sparkling wine (or sparkling wine for low ABV)

In a wine glass gently mix together the Mother Root, pear juice and mint leaves. Top up with sparkling wine.

Garnish with a piece of fennel top.
