We do hope that you love your Switchel delivery, but if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us on


We want you to switchel-off and unwind as soon as possible, so we always do our best to ensure you receive your order promptly. We work closely with our fulfilment team to ensure deliveries arrive to you 2-3 working days from order confirmation. Unfortunately we are not currently able to offer nominated day delivery.

Free delivery is automatically applied on all orders of £45 or more. 

Express delivery is also available for next working day delivery when orders placed before 1pm.


We will refund the full value of any product(s) purchased directly on, provided the conditions below are met:

1) You are able to return the product(s) in question to us within 30 days of receipt of your order

2) You are able to provide a receipt or proof of purchase on

2) Unless faulty, your items are returned to us in a resalable condition. This means unopened, in the same condition you received them and with any labels and packaging intact

If your circumstances align with our Returns Policy, please email to coordinate, using the subject line RETURNS. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable)
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
PLEASE NOTE: unfortunately we will not be able to refund the cost of postage, either of your original order or the return unless the item is faulty. For faulty items we will resend a replacement at no extra cost and refund the cost of your original delivery.
