DESCRIPTION

Fresh and zesty for lazy summer days.

GARNISH

25ml Mother Root Ginger

60ml still water

60g roughly chopped extra ripe mango 

5g basil leaves

5 fresh kaffir lime leaves

1 tsp lemon juice

(25ml Mezcal or Tequila for low ABV)

HOW TO MAKE IT

Add all the ingredients to a large jar or cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Leave to infuse for at least 15 minutes, or up to two hours.

Fill a glass with plenty of ice. Strain the cocktail through a sieve into the glass.

Garnish with 2 basil leaves and a lemon slice.
